Property and Cancellation Policies

• 50% deposit of the total cost of stay is required to make a reservation.

The deposit is non-refundable 4 weeks prior to arrival date. The balance shall be paid upon check-in.

100% of the total cost will be charged if cancellation is within 7 days of arrival date.

• Groups composed of six (6) guests and above must also pay €25 each as security deposit. The security deposit ensures that any untoward incident that may happen to the property during the stay will be covered, otherwise, it is refundable.

Group bookings are strictly by phone only. 

100% of the total cost will be charged if a group cancellation is within 6 weeks of arrival date.

• Weather conditions may affect the availability of ferry sailings. In case ALL ferry sailings bound for the island are cancelled due to inclement weather, the deposit will be refunded.
• Guests under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
• We do not accept stag, hen or similar parties. We cater for couples, families and small groups.
• No smoking and no consumption of illegal substances on the premises.
• Alcohol (and late-night drinking) is prohibited on the premises. Noise at night must be kept to an absolute minimum – this means no loud music / partying.
• Our guest rooms, kitchen, common and outdoor areas are for registered guests only.
